- 1 jar of porcini mushrooms in their own sauce
- 2–3 tbsp butter
- 2–3 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- A pinch of savory (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Lightly drain the mushrooms, keeping some of their sauce.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
- Cook briefly until fragrant, without letting it burn.
- Add the porcini mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add a little of the mushroom sauce and let the flavors combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and savory.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
