BUCKWHEAT WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND BUTTER – THE TASTE OF FOREST AND HOME

Necessary products:

  • 200 g buckwheat 
  • 1 jar of porcini mushrooms in their own sauce 
  • 1 onion 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • Fresh parsley 
  • A pinch of savory 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 

Method of preparation:

  1. Rinse the buckwheat and cook according to the package instructions until tender. 
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in butter until golden. 
  3. Add the garlic and stir briefly. 
  4. Add the porcini mushrooms together with some of their sauce and allow the flavors to combine. 
  5. Add the cooked buckwheat and mix well. 
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and savory. 
  7. Finish with fresh parsley before serving.
